Can I buy GTI Outdoor products off the website?
GTI Outdoor Ltd do not sell directly to the public, if there are any items you are interested in buying please contact the sales team via email and we will help you find a stockist in your area. sales@gtiouterwear.com
I brought a GTI Outdoor item from one of your retail stockists can i return the goods to you directly?
Any items that need returning must be returned to the shop where they were purchased, if you can not remember the shop details please contact the sales team via email and we will help you to locate the store. sales@gtiouterwear.com
I brought a GTI Outdoor item at a outdoor show/event can I return it directly to you, if there is a problem?
Items can not be returned direct to GTI Outdoor as the sales contract of the garment is between yourself and the retailer who sold the goods. We strongly recomend you ask for a receipt upon purchase or take notes of the company that sold the goods as this will make them easier to trace. Where can I get trade prices?
Trade prices are only available to trade customers of GTI Outdoor Ltd, please click the accounts section of the website and register your company details. Once accepted you will be able to log in and see trade information.
Is there a mimimum order value to start trading with GTI Outdoor?
There is no mimimum order value to start trading, delivery charges do stand on orders under £250 (Uk Mainland), please click on the ordering section of the website to see charges.
How do I start trading with GTI Outdoor?
We like to make opening an account as easy as possible. To open a credit account we require 3 good trade references. Either log into the website to download an account form or contact the sales team on 0044 (0)115 9424265.
