Ordering
Delivery
Our chosen carrier is UPS and we use a next date delivery service for the UK mainland, for remote areas this could be 48 hours. We are able to deliver worldwide , please see below for our list of delivery charges:
UK Mainland including Northern Ireland: Orders above £250 are carriage paid any orders under we charge £7.50 carriage
Ireland: Orders above £750 are carriage paid any orders under we charge £24 carriage
Channel islands: Delivery is based on a standard 3 day service. Carriage is £12 for the first carton and £5 per subsequent carton.
Europe and the Rest of the World: Please contact our sales team as carriage is determined by carton size and weight. Alternatively customers are welcome to arrange their own transport.
Delivery Procedures
All deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the delivery to ensure goods were delivered correctly. Deliveries can be sent to alternative addresses please advise sales of this at time of order. Any discrepancies with the delivered order must be reported to sales within 3 days of receiving the goods by fax, post or email.
Returns
We expect all of our products to be made to the highest quality however should you have any products that need to be returned GTI Outdoor will credit up to £5 worth of postage, please download the returns form from the website. For returns of a higher value please contact the sales team for returns labels.
Ammend or Cancel an order
If you would like to ammend or cancel an order that has not yet been past to our warehouse please contact our sales team as soon as possible. Office hours are 8.30am till 5pm. Tel 0115 9424265.
